We specialize in hand carved 3 section walking sticks that break down for easy travel packing. We also offer a 1 piece walking stick and our convertible walking stick/cane combo. All walking sticks are custom carved to suit the individual client in a wide variety of wood species and heights. Each stick is discreetly signed near the bottom and we will happily personalize it by adding "Hand carved for ??" with the users name.
Our 3 section walking sticks are assembled using machined brass joins. These joins are counter sunk, and are unseen when the sections are joined together, creating a wood on wood connection for added strength.
We also offer a range of accessories, listed below, such as special tips and leather satchels.
We recommend walking stick lengths of about 2" above the elbow. Walking sticks are great for flat terrain; groomed trails, converted rail beds, city areas. The top of the stick has a handle area about 4" plus flared knob which has a rawhide leather hand strap. The bottom is fitted with a brass ferrule for added strength covered with a black rubber replaceable tip as well as the optional tips listed below.
Our convertible 3 section model includes the optional cane handle which securely mounts to the top of the second section, when the top section is removed, to convert this walking stick to a cane.

Three-Piece Hand Carved Walking Stick
The 3 section walking sticks are designed with the traveller in mind. The sections are joined with machined brass joins which have been counter sunk in the ends of each section. When the sections are joined together the brass joins are unseen providing the appearance of a 1 piece walking stick. The optional custom leather satchel provides an ideal accessory.
Convertible 3 section models also available with an optional cane handle which securely mounts to the top of the second section, when the top section is removed, to convert this walking stick to a cane.

Convertible Hand Carved Walking Stick
Convertible?... Yes. This is our premier product. It has all the characteristics of the 3 section walking stick but includes the optional removable cane handle. When the top section of the walking stick is removed and the cane handle is attched, the walking stick converts to a cane. There may be times ( there are for me ) when your back or kness are acting up and a cane is more suitable than your favorite walking stick. With the convertible, that is no longer an issue. The optioinal leather satchel suitably completes this package and includes a sleeve to store the cane handle when not in use.

The first tip on the left is our standard tip which is comprised of a metal ferrule, epoxied to the end of the shaft, covered by a special rubber tip. It is automatically supplied unless the client chooses another tip. The second tip is called a climbing tip. It is solid brass with a slightly rounded tip and is most frequently used on wading staffs. The third tip is our premium convertible brass tip. It has a removable rubber end with an aluminum sleeve covering a stainless steel spike which has been embedded and epoxied in the end of the stick. Great for ice!
